The only airport welcome service designed for French speakers in Bangkok.
A+2 exists for a simple reason: after eleven hours of flight to Suvarnabhumi, you shouldn't have to translate your needs. Even less repeat them.
Why A+2.
It started with an observation. In Bangkok, premium airport welcome services exist — operated by large Thai or Anglo-Saxon companies, perfectly professional. But none is designed for the French-speaking traveller.
None accounts for the cultural gap, the fatigue of a long-haul flight in economy, the worry of arriving in an Asian megacity with one's children or parents. None offers a French voice at the other end of the line when the flight is two hours late.
A+2 was founded to fill exactly that space. A local service operated in Bangkok, in partnership with providers officially approved by the Thai authorities, but designed, told and delivered for French-speaking travellers — whether they come from Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Geneva or Montreal.

Three simple principles.
The detail, never the show
We don't chase the wow. We chase that everything works, at any hour, for every profile. A family with two sleeping children doesn't need champagne — it needs everything to go quickly.
Language, as a form of care
Speaking French on arrival isn't a luxury: it's what turns an administrative formality into a welcome. All our concierges are native French speakers or professional bilinguals.
Respect for time
Our brand promise is called "Arrival + 2 hours" for a reason: between your landing and your hotel check-in, two hours are enough. Not three, not four. Two.
A local service, operated by the book.
A+2 works in operational partnership with:

Airports of Thailand (AOT)
For the fast-track immigration, operated by an officially approved provider at Suvarnabhumi.
Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT)
The national tourism authority, which references serious airport operators.
Department of Business Development (DBD)
The business registration authority in Thailand.
Our transfers are operated by a transport company licensed for airport services (official green plates), with professional chauffeurs and recent vehicles.

Eight concierges. One language.
Our team brings together eight French-speaking concierges, based in Bangkok, trained in airport welcome and premium service protocol. All speak French as a working language. Most also speak English and Thai — useful for on-site coordination.
The first impression,
already taken care of.
Book your arrival in two minutes. We take it from there.
